2014 NCAL Performance Measure Survey Report Released

The National Center for Assisted Living (NCAL) conducted its fifth annual Assisted Living Performance Measure Survey in 2014. Data collected includes domains associated with quality of care and strengthening the assisted living workforce. NCAL members were asked if they collect satisfaction data from residents, families, and employees; if they have resident and family councils, staff retention practices, and nurse availability, among other areas.

Roughly, 23 percent of NCAL’s membership responded to the 2014 survey.

The 2014 NCAL Performance Measure Survey Report is now available to members.
