Retool for Success: Operational Implications of Managed Care Program in Williamsburg on December 3rd

As the implementation of Virginia’s Dual Eligible Demonstration – the Commonwealth Coordinated Care (CCC) program – draws closer, the operational and financial landscapes are changing for nursing facilities in Virginia.  Whether these changes will be positive depends largely on each organization’s strategic preparation, tactical implementation and self-monitoring.

This leadership program targets the elements that will impact success, starting with the facility’s alignment with the objectives of its health plan partners.  Our dynamic session leader, Lou Ann Brubaker, President of Brubaker Consulting, will present lessons learned from other types of endeavors that, by necessity, caused re-inventing of much of their approach to strategy and operations in order to thrive in an evolving environment and how these lessons can be applied to the delivery of post-acute and long term care services.

The full day program will incorporate lecture, individual and small group learning opportunities, worksheets and discussion.  Participants will be motivated to examine new and innovative approaches to meeting the challenges presented by the Dual Eligible demonstration.

This program will provide vital information to long term care providers to prepare for operating in a managed care world and is intended for administrators, nurse managers, senior operations and financial managers, corporate leaders and owners.

Retooling for Success - Leading & Collaborating in the Coming Managed Care Environment education program is scheduled for December 3rd at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Williamsburg.  REGISTER TODAY.
