Atlantic Shores is hosting a free premier of the popular documentary, Age of Champions on September 13.

Age of Champions is the award-winning documentary following five competitors who sprint, leap, and swim for gold at the National Senior Olympics. You’ll meet a 100 year-old tennis champion, an 86-year-old pole vaulter, and rough-and-tumble basketball grandmothers as they discover the power of the human spirit and triumph over the limitations of age.  The Washington Post called the film "infectiously inspiring," and its characters have been featured in major media outlets including ABC, CBS, PBS, and NPR.  For more information about the film, please visit www.atlanticshoresliving.com/ageofchampions.

The film, scheduled to be presented on Thursday, September 13 at the Sandler Center for the Performing Arts in Virginia Beach, begins at 11:00 am with doors opening at 10:00 am.  The screening will feature surprise guests and a special question and answer session with the film's producer, Keith Ochwat.  Please RSVP for the one-time area showing of Age of Champions.
