Still Time to Register for 2012 Assisted Living Symposium Scheduled for July 17th

If you have been too busy dealing with storms and power outages and have not yet registered for the upcoming 2012 Assisted Living Symposium, there is still time to make your reservation!  Administrators can earn 5 hours of NAB approved credit towards their continuing education requirement.   The annual Symposium is scheduled for next Tuesday, July 17th at the Holiday Inn Select in Richmond.

This year's Symposium is designed specifically for ALF administrators and staff to focus on pertinent issues and best practices.  The event will be an interactive learning experience as you hear about the introduction of Electronic Health Records in facility operations, the integration of Medical Directors to enhance resident care and how to deal with the stresses that accompany working in an ALF.  Lynne Williams, Director of the DSS Division of Licensure, will take you through the evolution of assisted living in Virginia and share her perspective on the future direction for this level of care.  This is your final call for the 2012 Symposium and a great opportunity to network with your peers and share perspectives on assisted living.
