Registration is Now Open - Administrator and AIT Bootcamp Scheduled for November in Two Locations

Plan to attend a Back to the Basics program for Administrators and AITs scheduled in two locations: Roanoke on November 6th and in Richmond on November 7th.  The Back to the Basics program is designed to harness the leadership and management potential for both new and veteran administrators and Administrators in Training (AITs) by building and refining the skills necessary to be successful in this crucial role.  AITs will have an opportunity to enhance their current training program with information and essential resources to help them succeed.  The goal of the program is to enhance individuals’ effectiveness as leaders while learning to navigate the ever-changing long term care regulatory and payment landscape.  Attendees will review the importance of working with the interdisciplinary team to open communication and learn strategies to achieve person-centered care and positive quality outcomes.
