Applications for VHCA Board Positions Requested

The VHCA Nominating Committee, chaired by David Adams, will be accepting nominations for the VHCA Board of Directors until June 30, 2013.  The following positions will be considered by the committee.

The positions of VHCA Board Chairman, Vice Chairman and Secretary/Treasurer are for a one-year term beginning January 1, 2014.

Two Proprietary Directors, One Not-for-Profit Director and One At-Large Director will be nominated for terms of two years beginning January 1, 2014.

Any member interested in being considered for these positions should send a letter addressed to Mr. David Adams, Chairman, VHCA Nominating Committee, Virginia Health Care Association, 2112 W. Laburnum Ave., Suite 206, Richmond, VA 23227.  The letter should state the position you are seeking and why you want to serve.  Please attach your resume or other background material.  Election of new VHCA Board members will be held during the VHCA Annual Business Meeting, Wednesday, September 18, 2013 at the Hotel Roanoke.
