SAVE THE DATE: Effective Nurse Leaders Education Program Scheduled for May 30th

Portrait of a Nurse

Driven by an increasingly challenging and ever changing environment, it is crucial that the nurse manager possess the skills to lead the clinical team to successful quality outcomes, compliance with regulations AND a positive work environment.  As a leader in the nursing department, what does that role look like? Effectively balancing supervision, people and resources requires knowledge and confidence. In this full-day program DONs and Nurse Managers will discover how to effectively work with everyone in the facility, from Administrators to Medical Directors to hands-on CNAs.
In addition to educating nurses about skills to be effective managers while keeping their sanity, Administrators will gain an appreciation of the various roles of their nurse leaders.  The program will heighten attendees' awareness of the multiple responsibilities of the nurse manager, including scope, coaching, leading and mentoring as well as handling staff relations. This interactive and “hands on” training will highlight real-life examples and solutions that can be applied immediately within your facility.
