This program will empower providers with information and tools to take a proactive approach to maximizing the use of existing resources while putting systems in place to achieve quality improvement.  

Agenda topics include:

  • Understand the regulatory requirement of Quality Assurance and Assessment (QA & A) and Performance Improvement (PI)
  • Implement systematic approaches to achieve quality improvement
  • Examine how to leverage resources to sustain continuous quality improvement
  • Engage and energize team members in timely and successful action plans
  • Explore methodologies that promote a paradigm shift from reactive responses to proactive responses

Presenters will be Mary Chiles, RN, Chiles Healthcare Consulting, Sheila McLean, LNHA, CPHQ, Area Manager, VHQC and Nancy Newman, RN, JD, RAC-CT, Long Term Care Consultant with Chiles Healthcare Consulting.
